Puhuri Oy acts as project operator in the Kopsa III wind park project.
The project area is located circa 15 kilometres southeast of the city of Raahe, northwest of the power plants of Kopsa I and Kopsa II developed in previous projects.
The zoning plan and construction permits are legally binding, and the engineering of the project is currently in process.
