PUHURI OY SISTERS AND SUBSIDIARIES

Puhuri Oy has established sister companies to manage separate, industrial-scale, wind power projects. The sister companies are Piipsan Tuulivoima Oy, Suhangon Tuulivoima Oy, Yhteistuuli Oy and Tuulikaarron Voima Oy. The owners in the sister companies are the same as in Puhuri Oy. The people responsible for the projects will remain the same, as will their contact details. The incorporation of projects seeks efficiency in project management, especially in terms of financial management and future investments. Landowners involved in the projects have been duly informed about the projects transferred from Puhuri Oy to the sister companies.
Puhuri Oy also has one subsidiary Vetelin Tuulivoima Oy.

Suhanko

The project operator is Suhangon Tuulivoima Oy. The project area is located in the northwestern parts of Ranua municipality, close to the municipal boundaries of Simo and Tervola. Next to the project area is the Suhanko Arctic Platinium mining project. A maximum of about 35 wind turbines with a maximum height of 300 m are planned for the area. The barrier interface limits the height of the power plants in some parts of the project area.

Yhteistuuli

The project operator is Yhteistuuli Oy. There are two project areas, Pärjä and Kivari. The areas are located about 25 to 35 km northeast of the Pudasjärvi urban agglomeration. A maximum of about 35 to 40 wind turbines are planned for the Kivari area and about 25 wind turbines for the Pärja area. The maximum height of the power plants will be 300m. The Pudasjärvi City Government has approved the project's zoning initiative in the autumn of 2020. Nature studies have been and will be carried out in the project area, and an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and zoning start are being prepared.

Tuulikaarto

Piipsan Tuulivoima Oy is the project operator. The project area is located in the southern part of Siikalatva municipality and in the northern part of Kärsämäki municipality. A maximum of about 55 wind turbines are planned for the project area, with a maximum height of 300m. Both the Kärsämäki and Siikalatva municipal governments have approved the project's zoning initiatives. Nature surveys have been and will be carried out in the project area, and an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and the commencement of zoning are being prepared.

Piipsa

Piipsan Tuulivoima Oy is the project operator. The project area is located in the eastern part of the city of Haapavesi, bordering the municipal boundaries of Kärsämäki and Siikalatva. The Piipsa project has progressed to the plan proposal phase. The formula includes space for 39 wind turbines with a maximum height of 300m.
